*Raw* Pumpkin Iced Latte
It’s September…which means it’s officially PUMPKIN SPICE SEASON! We get SO excited for fall and all of the seasonal raw goodness we get to share with you. Today we bring you our our iced pumpkin space latte made with raw whole milk. If you’ve never tried a latte with raw milk, you’re in for a major treat. It’s creamy, delicious, and full of nourishing properties that will give you long, lasting energy. Plus, we’ll even drop a caffeine-free version of this recipe at the bottom for those who aren’t coffee lovers, but still want to enjoy the beautiful combination of raw milk and pumpkin spice.
Let’s get into it!
INGREDIENTS
TO MAKE THE LATTE:
1 cup of RAW FARM Whole Raw Milk
Espresso
Ice
TO MAKE THE PUMPKIN RAW CREAM:
1 TBSP pumpkin puree
2-3 TBSP of RAW FARM Heavy Raw Cream
1 tsp of organic pure vanilla extract
1 tsp of pumpkin spice powder
1 tsp of sweetener (raw honey, maple syrup, etc)
INSTRUCTIONS
TO MAKE THE LATTE:
Making a latte at home, whether hot or iced, is super easy. All it requires is an espresso machine, ground espresso beans, and your milk of choice. Begin making your espresso shots. While they’re brewing, fill a tall glass with ice and raw milk. When the espresso shots are done, pour them over the milk. Option to add sweetener here.
TO MAKE THE PUMPKIN RAW CREAM:
3. In a small bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, heavy raw cream, honey, vanilla extract, and pumpkin spice powder until fully combined. It should be smooth and creamy.
PUTTING IT TOGETHER:
4. Dollop the pumpkin raw cream on top of the iced latte, and stir to combine. Top with more pumpkin spice powder if you choose. YUMMY! 😍
NON-COFFEE VERSION
If you want to make this recipe without coffee, here’s our twist on the recipe above minus the espresso.
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup of RAW FARM Whole Raw Milk
1 TBSP pumpkin puree
2-3 TBSP of RAW FARM Heavy Raw Cream
1 tsp of organic pure vanilla extract
1 tsp of pumpkin spice powder
1 tsp of sweetener (raw honey, maple syrup, etc)
Ice
INSTRUCTIONS:
Blend all ingredients, except for the ice, on medium speed for 30-60 seconds.
Pour over a glass with ice and enjoy.
Top with Raw Whipping Cream for an extra special treat!
