HOW TO MAKE
Ingredients:
1 quart of Whole Raw Kefir (Plain, Vanilla, Goat, Golden, or Pet)
3 cups of frozen fruit of choice
1-3 tablespoons of raw unheated honey (to taste)
Blender
Sorbet container
Instructions:
Blend 1 quart of Whole Raw Kefir, 3 cups of frozen fruit of choice, and raw unheated honey to taste in a blender.
Pour the blended mixture into a sorbet container and freeze overnight.
Take out in the morning and enjoy!
