Tuna melt two ways - dairy-free and dairy-filled. One for each of you, we enjoyed this together alone in our kitchen and it was glorious. The crunch on the bread with the tuna and the gooey raw cheese was incredible!
You’ll need these simple ingredients:
1 can of tuna
1 celery stalk
1 mini cucumber
1/2tsp garlic powder a pinch of salt
2tbs mayo
2tbs mustard.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl, put it over your favorite bread, add RAW FARM raw milk cheddar cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Add hot sauce, take a bite. WHOA 🤤

Breakfast level 10000000🔥 Ever tried a breakfast strata before? Today is your day 👏🏻 It’s like a quiche, but with chunks of bread to make it super hearty and a little bit sweet. Oh my yum 😍
FARMER’S MARKET STRATA
4 eggs
1/3 cups whole raw milk
1/4 cups raw shredded cheddar cheese
3 c roasted harvest veggies (turnips, rutabaga, and sweet potato)
2 c roasted shaved brussels sprouts
1 chicken sausage, chopped into 1/2 inch rounds
2 slices whole-wheat bread, cubed
Salt and pepper, to taste
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a small baking dish or casserole dish.
2. Toss together the vegetables, chicken sausage, and bread cubes. Fill the prepared pan with the mix.
3. Whisk together the milk, eggs, and 2 tbsp raw cheese . Pour it over the bread, veggie and sausage mix.
4. Sprinkle with the remaining raw cheese and bake for 40 minutes.

Waffle-Iron Sprouted Grilled Raw Cheese Pepperoni Sandwich.

Preheat waffle iron. Put some raw butter on the bottom waffle iron. Place 1 @alvaradostreetbakery sprouted bread on top of the butter. Layer on raw cheddar and @applegate turkey pepperoni. Then top with the second sprouted bread and add more butter on top of bread (facing waffle iron). Close the waffle iron and let it do its thing for about 4 minutes or until golden brown, crisp on the edges & cheese is melted.
