  • Have fun cutting our raw cheese into different shapes. Our favorite is triangle, cubes, and rectangles. Get your kids involved and have them come up with fun shapes!

  • Thinly sliced meats such as salami and prosciutto.

  • A few different types of crackers, sliced breads, or crunchy items.

  • Dark fruits such as figs, prunes, cranberries, blackberries, and blueberries.

  • Small fermented veggies such as pickles.

  • Black or green olives for a salty bite.

  • Other assorted nuts, fruits, and misc. condiments.

  • Add a sweet treat for fun such as cookies, candies, or jams. If you like pairing raw cheese with raw honey… it is a MUST-TRY!

Keep in mind that you can adjust the items you include based on the preferences or dietary needs of your guests. Be creative and experiment with flavors, textures, and colors.

HOW TO ASSEMBLE A STUNNING RAW CHEESE PLATTER

Select a sturdy cutting board or cheese board that will fit your selection of raw milk cheese snacks, meats, crackers, and other items. Before you cut anything, start spacing out larger items such as blocks of raw milk cheese, bowls for olives or condiments, and a spot for your cheese assortment. Once these items are placed, you can work in smaller foods like sliced meats, pickles, fruits, and nuts around them.

Don’t be afraid to move things around until you have a nice balance of colors and types of food. This also provides quick, bite-size pieces that can be eaten alone or with meat and crackers. Don’t forget to keep your raw cheese platter refrigerated until right before you’re ready to serve it. GET CREATIVE and add a physical (non editable) item for decoration depending on the season or special occasion (just for an extra fun pop of color and cheer).

BUILD IN STAGES:

WHY USE RAW MILK CHEESE?

If you’re looking for a delectable flavor that also has nutritional benefits, raw milk cheese is the way to go. Because the raw milk is not pasteurized, the natural bioavailable vitamins, minerals, enzymes, proteins, and beneficial bacteria remain intact. This can make the raw cheese easier to digest while also supporting gut health. And, RAW FARM only uses natural ingredients in its raw cheese including raw milk, kosher salt, vegetable rennet, and cultures – no additives or preservatives! Plus, the grass-grazing from the cows not only gives the raw cheddar cheese health benefits, but a natural yellow color that is perfect Holiday without looking fake.

RAW FARM raw milk cheese is loved by adults and kids alike, and you can feel good about bringing a truly raw and delicious assortment of raw milk cheese as part of your platter. If you want to make things pop even more, you can incorporate some festive decorations onto or around your dish depending on the holiday, special occasion, or the season.

Remember to give yourself the fun you deserve while assembling your board! We get that this year has been extremely difficult compared to other years and it may feel a little more bright with these fun cheese “grazing boards” to enjoy.
