Ice + Raw Milk + Vanilla + Cinnamon
GET THE RECIPE:
INGREDIENTS
1-3 cups of RAW FARM Whole Raw Milk
1 tsp of organic pure vanilla extract
1/2 tsp organic cinnamon powder
Ice
(optional) add raw honey or maple syrup to sweeten. (Raw milk is naturally sweet and delicious on its own)!
INSTRUCTIONS
Add a scoop of ice into a medium sized glass. Add vanilla extract, raw milk, and cinnamon. Stir to combine. Sip and enjoy!

This is our absolute FAVORITE raw milk recipe to share, and it gets EVERYONE excited to drink their (3 cups a day) of raw milk! Kids, husband, friends, you name it. You can’t go wrong with this delicious, healthy recipe. Here’s why we recommend including raw dairy products in your daily regime:

Unlike pasteurized dairy products, raw dairy products products are whole, complete, and are digested perfectly, creating absolutely no issues within the body. How is this so? Pasteurization is the process of heating milk to extreme temperatures to kill off “dangerous” bacteria; however, the bacteria and enzymes in raw milk are supposed to be there to help you digest it! The bacteria found in raw milk work with enzymes to break down nutrients, so our bodies can better absorb them. This is why pasteurized dairy products can lead to lactose-intolerance and why raw dairy products generally do not.
8. THE GOOD KIND OF CHOLESTEROL
Cholesterol has an unfair bad reputation. Did you know cholesterol is in every cell of your body and is needed to protect and repair the cells in your body? Raw dairy products contain good cholesterol HDL: (High-Density Lipoprotein).
9. STRENGTHEN YOUR CELLS
The fat in raw dairy products, such as raw butter, strengthen organs and glands, heals the eyes, cleanses arteries, and dissolves plaque made from certain cooked plant oils. This is because of the abundance of fat soluble vitamins that are only found in saturated animal fats, such as raw butter. These vitamins include Vitamin A, F, B6, B12, K2, and D3. Studies have shown that one of the most common deficiencies in children is a lack of fat-soluble vitamins. These vitamins support the brain and nervous system and are crucial for development, focus, and brain function. Fat-soluble vitamins also support bone density and help naturally balance hormones. For these reasons and others, more than 10 million Americans now drink raw milk across the country, with a large percentage of them also consuming raw butter (Source).
10. IMPROVE YOUR EYESIGHT
Saturated animal fats like raw butter, raw whole milk, raw kefir, and raw cheese are great sources of Vitamin A, which is proven to improve eyesight and other bodily functions. Other high sources of Vitamin A include organ meats, such as liver. Did you know animal foods are the only foods that contain Vitamin A applicable to humans? A study supported by the Sweedish International Development Cooperation Agency (SIDA) and the International Program in the Chemical Sciences (IPICS) found that “women are not getting enough of this vital nutrient [Vitamin A] because their bodies are not able to convert the beta-carotene.” From their experiment, they found that only 20-30% of the population has the genes to be able to convert small amounts of beta-carotene from plants into Vitamin A; however, those people can only convert an average of 3%. This simply is not enough. Make sure you are getting enough Vitamin A and other fat soluble vitamins from healthy animal fats like raw dairy products! (Source).
WHERE CAN I FIND RAW MILK?
Every state has its own unique laws regarding raw milk sales. In every state, it is legal to CONSUME raw milk; however the legality of the SALE of raw milk varies per state. For example, in California, it is legal to sell tested raw milk in retail stores, on the farm, and via home delivery (check out our online shop which will be restocked in the fall)! However, in Texas, the sale of raw milk at a retail level is ILLEGAL, but customers can purchase raw milk directly from the farm, or they can have the farmer deliver milk directly to them.
