3 INGREDIENT CHOCOLATE RAW MILK

I’m RAVING about this new recipe! It is incredibly delicious and easy to make. I’ve been craving chocolate milk lately, but store-bought pasteurized milk doesn’t sit right in my tummy like raw milk does. I feel heavy and bloated after drinking pasteurized milk. But, I feel free and energized after drinking raw milk! This is because the proven health components found in raw dairy products are unlike ANY “milk alternatives”, naturally! Nothing is added to enhance or stabilize this life-giving food. Enjoy RAW FARM raw milk products without any “tummy intolerance” or milk sensitivities. Today I’ll share with you how to make blender-style (healthy) chocolate raw milk, with only a few simple ingredients.

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups of Raw Whole Milk

1 tablespoon of organic raw cocoa powder

1 tablespoon of raw honey

half of an organic banana (extra sweetness and creaminess)

INSTRUCTIONS:

I actually use a special blender for this recipe to make the milk extra smooth. I like to use the Oster Blender blade paired with a mason jar (instead of the original blender top the Oster comes with). Regular blender caps aren’t hermetically sealed and therefore allow airflow in, which leaves lots of air bubbles left in the final drink, which could make your raw chocolate milk more like a smoothie rather than milk. However, when using this special blender technique, the end result turns out so smooth. This is the secret to making your blender-style chocolate raw milk smooth and creamy, like chocolate milk you’d buy in the grocery store-but better. And full of nutrients.

IN A 16oz MASON JAR ADD:

  • Half of an organic banana (optional but highly recommended)

  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder

  • 1 tablespoon raw honey

  • fill with raw milk to the VERY top (about 2 cups)

Assemble your (16oz) mason jar blender and blend for 30 seconds.

*you can use any size mason jar. It is very important you fill your jar with milk all the way to the top. This ensures no air bubbles will form and the final product will come out smoothly.

  • Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.

  • Separation may occur, naturally. Shake before drinking.
