CARAMEL SAUCE with raw butter and heavy raw cream
Just when we didn’t think we wanted this… it is all we want ♥️ Our fan and customer Gabriela Volquartz, known as @Lipstickandwellness (such a cute name) on Instagram, made an amazing Caramel Sauce with our raw butter and heavy raw cream, and we wanted to share the joy with you. What a delicious addition to your fall-inspired coffees, teas, and desserts at home. We are all about making healthier options of our favorite foods with real, whole, raw ingredients. RECIPE: CARAMEL SAUCE WITH RAW BUTTER AND HEAVY RAW CREAM
Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup RAW FARM HEAVY RAW cream
1/4 cup RAW FARM CULTURED RAW butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
1-2 tsp organic lemon juice
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Add the sugar and enough water to a sauce pan and heat on medium until the sugar resembles honey (about 10 minutes). If you want a richer, darker caramel leave the sugar cooking longer.
2. Remove from heat and add the lemon juice and mix. Then add raw butter and raw cream and stir until it’s fully mixed. Next, add vanilla extract, mix again, and leave your sauce at room temperature to thicken up.
3. Enjoy in desserts, coffees, and more!
